Improving the world one box at a time

Our breeding boxes enable a consistently high yield every three weeks.

Previously laborious steps from feeding to cleaning are completely automated by our breeding boxes. Even the wheatgrass has been completely replaced by a dry feed made from unused agricultural by-products.

The only effort is to refill the feed container and the water canister every two weeks. The dry feed is automatically fed to the grasshoppers and watered in the box.

Through the complete automation of feeding and cleaning, as well as the monitoring of breeding by multiple sensors, we achieve a new standard of hygiene in the patented breeding boxes coupled with minimal stress for the animals.

Because our breeding boxes are equipped with various sensors, we can store all data during the breeding process. These data relevant to breeding are collected and evaluated to be able to derive the optimal conditions for the insects and their growth.
